Modern spring design with wool felt accent

I love experimenting with different types of texture. When I found some wool felt fabrics in various colors, I knew I could do something original with it. I inspired myself from a design created by Geert Pattyn, a very talented floral master from Belgium. It was a lot of fun creating these "discs" of felt that complemented my choice of flowers. The flowers were inserted inside the base in short water tubes.

Not only this design looks stunning and cheerful, but it also requires a limited amount of blooms. Thanks to the use of water tubes, you can rearrange the placement of the stems every time you change your flowers. The only word of caution is to make sure to fill the water tubes daily. The use of a wash bottle is of great help here!

Modern or Romantic ... Valentine's forever

Valentine's or the season of love... It is nice to have in our busy lives a day dedicated to that special one, an opportunity to express how much he or she means to us. Although Valentine's Day has become a commercial celebration, the gesture of flowers is always appreciated. To celebrate the love in our life, I have designed heart-shaped armature that are covered with Alpaca yarn. Depending on your mood, this armature can be dressed in a romantic or modern fashion. Everything is on the choice of flowers, their colors, textures and fragrance.

Two bouquets are presented here, but remember, combinations are endless which will allows you to truly express your emotions. These bouquets would also work perfectly as bridal bouquet... for a more {European Touch}.
